These 35 lots are on the Telluride ski area in the San Juan Mountain of southern Colorado at 10,500 ft. elevation. They are 'ultra' unique lots located on the ridge between Telluride and the Mountain Village near the San Sophia Station. They are unique because their only access year-round is via a gondola which is a free transportation system between the two towns. Cars are not allowed on the ski area service roads, thus there is no vehicular access to the lots. Access from the San Sophia gondola station and between lots is by heated golf cart paths only. Each lot owner must purchase one parking space that will be located in the covered parking at the Four Seasons Hotel at the Mountain Village Base area. The base area is a short and very scenic 5 minute gondola ride from the San Sophia Station on the ridge.
